Catalyst Cayuga Seeks Executive Director
March 2026
As Catalyst continues to grow its impact, the organization is seeking its first Executive Director. This position works closely with the Board of Directors to lead and expand capacity-building programs, secure and steward resources to sustain and grow programs, and serve as Catalyst’s primary ambassador and community connector.
The ideal candidate understands the mission-driven sector, has strong relationship-building skills, sees leadership as enabling others to succeed, and values collaboration as a pathway to community impact. They listen deeply, build trust across differences, and translate ideas into programs and partnerships that lead to positive change.

Workshop: An Introduction to Fundraising Planning

Presented by Ginny Kent. Ginny’s professional background includes over 25 years in fundraising support for organizations, as a nonprofit trainer, and in grants and scholarship administration. Most recently, Ginny served as Associate Director of Development at Cayuga Community College Foundation and as a City Councilor for the City of Auburn.

Caprice Reader, Founder and Principal Consultant of Reader HR Consulting, LLC is a seasoned human resources professional with 20 years of experience providing strategic HR guidance to organizations of all sizes. With expertise in multi-state employment law compliance and complex HR challenges, Caprice has successfully implemented policies and programs that streamline processes and operational efficiency. Caprice’s ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization allows her to effectively manage employee relations, develop leadership strategies, and introduce innovative solutions organization-wide.

Monthly Network meetings are held at 8:30 am on the third Wednesday at Lyons National Bank, Grant Ave.
